These terms apply when you access the public guides, create a challenge, participate, or use other WKMB website features. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to use the service under the laws that apply to you; where permission from a parent or guardian is required, obtain that permission.

Who Knows Me Best? is a social quiz for entertainment. Scores reflect matching answers to a small set of questions; they do not diagnose a relationship, measure someone’s worth, or prove how much another person cares.

Choose a display name you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate another person, mislead others about who created a challenge, or publish private information without permission. Public invitation links can be forwarded and played by others who receive them.

Do not use challenges, names, or sharing messages for harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, unlawful conduct, or privacy-invasive content. Respect someone’s choice not to participate.

The service depends on browser support, connectivity, and the existing backend. Challenges and features may become unavailable. Private creator access is stored in the browser/device that created the challenge; there is no account recovery or promise of permanent access.

Removing a local shortcut or clearing browser storage does not delete a challenge or its attempts on the server.

Browser creation and play are Free. Plus purchases and restores happen only in the iPhone app, using Apple’s purchase flow and the terms displayed there. This website does not provide checkout, billing controls, or purchase restoration.

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You give My Time Products permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to run your challenge and its results. Submit only material you are entitled to share. This permission is for operating the service, not permission to sell your answers to advertisers.

Our branding, guides, and website materials belong to My Time Products or their respective rights holders. You may read and share links to the guides for personal use. Do not copy the website or republish its content as your own.

Do not attempt to access another person’s private creator capabilities, bypass access restrictions, interfere with the website, automate abusive submissions, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access or remove content to address violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

Our Privacy Policy explains how challenge information and technical data are handled. Public invitation links are not private accounts. This website is ad-free: it does not load advertising scripts or set advertising cookies. Browser storage for challenges and first-party analytics remain separate from advertising. Optional iPhone Plus purchases are not required to create, play, share, or see your score.

We work to provide a useful service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to challenges. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

We may update these terms as the website changes. The current version and its update date will be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the website.
